President Biden’s opening approval rating isn’t much to cheer about, coming in below that of his two predecessors.

In Rasmussen Reports’ first Presidential Daily Tracking Poll of likely voters, the new Democratic president starts at 48% approving and 45% disapproving.

Notably, he is underwater with women (46% approve, 48% disapprove) and whites (43% approve, 51% disapprove).

Trump opened with a 56% approval rating. Just 44% disapproved. It was one of his highest ratings of his four years.

I'm not sure why the results would surprise anyone. He wasn't popular enough to bring people to rallies or cast enough votes for him to win the election.

That's a great question, but I can't answer it. The courts have abdicated their responsibility as a co-equal branch of government.
- a President does not have standing to come before the courts to question election irregularities
- the states do not have standing to come before the courts to question election irregularities
- private citizens do not have standing to come before the courts to question election irregularities
- the courts will not hear challenges before the election is held
- the courts will not hear challenges as the election is held
- the courts will not hear challenges after the election has held
- the courts will order that election observers must be allowed to perform their duties, but don't seem concerned that they were excluded or hampered in their ability to ensure a fair process
