Yeah, if Russians did bomb civilians in the manner she described -- literally worse than Hitler -- I would expect video evidence. Lots and lots of it, ad nauseam.
So far the evidence is very scarce to the point that the MSM were running the same short video of a tall-ish building with some damage in the middle for a whole day two days ago or so.
There's also a downed tower in Kiev, but Russia warned about the attack ahead of time, and 5 people died.
There's a video of Russian military going through Kupyansk and dispersing the demonstrators by shooting a blank in the air and persuading them to disperse via a loudspeaker.

Just about every time there are reports of civilians being bombed there is always a video of smoke somewhere and sometimes videos of apartment buildings missing windows.
At the same time, there are videos of bombings of Donetsk and craters in the downtown from 03/01.

We were speaking about the dearth of videos coming out of the Ukraine shot by the Russian side. I guess I need to spell it out for you - the Russian SOLDIERS are not allowed smart phones or social media access, so the only videos coming from the Russian side would be official propaganda - and there don't seem to be many of those. Perhaps it is difficult to put lipstick on the pig of war crimes and defeat in an ad hoc way in the field
