WTS/WTT: Rem 700VS .308 unfired

Older gun, matte finish barrel and receiver. Synthetic stock with sling swivel studs, heavy barrel (not fluted), jeweled bolt. Scope was mounted but gun never sighted-in. Mounts will be included; scope probably not (it's just a 3-12 Tasco).

Asking $600 or trade for Ruger No. 1 in .204, or ??

I failed to point out in my original post that this gun is equipped (from the factory) with an H-S Precision (synthetic) Stock with aluminum bedding blocks, and the action is fully bedded and has a free-floating (heavy) barrel.

The gun has never had a round chambered or fired, and is almost identical to the police sniper model with exception of not having the second forward swivel/bipod stud under the forend.
