Bobcat armament in Shelbyville just quoted me 175.00 for 1000 SPP! They also quoted me 60.00 for one pound of 1200r rifle powder......... I guess until I find a component source better than this I'll stay out of the game.

Not sure what we have left after today, but we had Federal small pistol magnum for $86.92 plus tax and small pistol match for $100 plus tax this morning, limit 1,000 primers per customer.

I'm pretty sure we have some 1200R powder but I can't remember how much it is, $60 sounds high to me though. I think it's been discontinued so it did not go up with the last price increase.

Also had CCI small rifle and Cheddite 209 primers.

We also got in 100,000 Nobel Sport 209 primers that come 10,000 to a case for $699.07 plus tax, no limit.

Edited to add: I checked and we have a little 1200R left, it is $38.32 plus tax for 1#, $267.29 plus tax for 8#

I wish you were within an hours drive. I'd probably be at your store on a weekly bases.

I stopped buying from them last year when the guy tried selling me a 5000 count case of CCI Br4 primers for $1200. I laughed, put the other stuff I had in my hands on the counter and walked out.

I finally got a press and have deprimed and cleaned about 1000rds of 9mm. I got some bullets at an auction. My dad left me some powder. All I need is primers.

I found some online and got to the checkout and the HazMat shipping is outrageous! I decided to try and find some local. Ill bet you already know how that went.

I am looking online again. I am ready to pay the stupid hazmat. I get to the checkout and all they accept is bank transfers and bitcoin. Thats a scam. Surprised they don’t take gift cards. The top five google results are scams like this. Google probably likes gun people getting screwed.

Anyone know where I can order some primers from that isn’t a scam?

Anyone want to trade me some primers for some ammo?

My go-to sources are American Reloading, MidwayUSA, and Natchez by using "Notify Me" requests. Dealing with MidwayUSA is easiest, and Natchez is a close second. Good luck & stay safe!

If you have a Cabellas up there walk in a ask if they have any. They don't put them out but I have got 2 bricks in the last 3 months just stopping in and asking. The fishers ind store has been getting some. Of course I drive by there regularly so your mileage may vary.
