    I think you're thinking too much into it, bwframe. I think it's supposed to be like "Do you have problem with someone carrying a gun into a restaurant, provided it's legal?" They're probably asking because Toby Keith doesn't want guns in his restaurant.

    Does "legal" trump property rights? Can you carry your gun on my property against my wishes because it is not illegal?

    I voted yes.

    While I respect a "no guns allowed" sign whenever possible (except to deliver my no guns no money card to the manager) my concern would be a no vote would bolster the Antis into trying to make the signs have force of law and not just suggestion by a private party/property owner.I believe the owner should be able to ask you to leave. I dont think he should be able to have you arrested without warning for violating the sign.
