    If you're enlightened,
And you know this to be true.
    Clap one of your hands.

    Sorry, wrong answer.
That is a come hither gesture.
A large ship cannot remain where the water is shallow.

That was the best one in google. The others are too fruity.

Besides if a Maori sticks his tongue out at you and tells you it's Thursday, you are gonna agree with him, even if it's Monday. :)

I know this for a fact. My grandson played against these guys and was knocked into Tuesday.

These guys are the best in the world. And the Haka does have an effect on their opponents. It gives them a chance to take some time to realize how intense these guys are.

    Well given, well taken.
    Well lost, well saved.

I always knew Persians had red beards and now I have seen a Persian with a red beard.

I did not say it wasn’t appropriate for him to stand in the way. In fact I’ve posted a few times saying that was a likelihood. But who initiated that contact? Who put hands on whom?

The main question is, given the video we have, was he justified to shoot? Would you have shot that guy just for what we saw on video or in the images?

FWIW, I worked a a fairly lightweight security job in the past, and was firmly told by one of my superiors to NEVER put my hands on someone if I could avoid it, but merely try to bodily block people from moving to a "forbidden" area. The incident that incited this was me putting my hands on the shoulders of a guy who wanted to walk down a trail that had technically been cordoned off by fire marshals for a fireworks show, in my attempt to convince him to go another way. Not to say that the situation under discussion in this thread is of quite the same nature, but I merely wish to offer insight into what people working security may be told what is and is not appropriate in fulfilling their duties.
