Most likely it is artificially augmented.
It was from an article about a parody of her on Twitter. I think it was removed and rightfully so; I thought it was more funny than anything else.

Not offended in any way, just “pointing” it out, pun intended…
It looks like triangulation, parsing how much the electorate cares about cutting spending (a serious attempt at which would likely require technical default) versus how much hell will be raised if their benefit checks are late (which the Dems will make sure hurt the little people who vote Republican the most) and deciding the potential gains just aren't worth it
