    Look at it this way: the mob kills one or two conservative justices, surviving conservatives are cowed and Biden immediately nominates replacements for the dead ones, tilting the court permanently Left.

    From their point of view, this needs to happen while they still control the Senate.

    Indiana Code 35-45-1-3

    (a) A person who recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally:

    engages in fighting or in tumultuous conduct;
    makes unreasonable noise and continues to do so after being asked to stop; or
    disrupts a lawful assembly of persons;
    Pretty much whenever Antifa shows up anywhere.

    Edit: I've also heard this mentioned a couple times.

    1507. Picketing or parading​


    Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.


    Nothing in this section shall interfere with or prevent the exercise by any court of the United States of its power to punish for contempt.

    They could also be removed by the coroner depending on the makeup of the neighborhood.

    Kavanaugh's neighbor apparently participated in organizing this.

    There is no escaping their nerve gas politics. Even your neighbors will turn against you.

    Police appear to have shown up and cleared them out without incident, per Virginia law.

    Could be to save his own skin? Cant have them thinking HIS house is Kav's house! He probably wanted to make damn sure that if rocks started getting thrown, it wasnt going to be through HIS plate glass window.
