The laws that govern transactions at a gun show are the EXACT SAME LAWS that govern transactions elsewhere.

Please explain to me what the 'gun show' loophole is.

I scoffed at those suggesting a 3rd party was the way to go in the past. I was wrong. Republicans and Democrats are pretty much the same thing anymore.

"Gun Show Loop Hole" = "Private Party Sales". Therefore if you "Close the Gun Show Loop Hole" you must first enact "Gun Registration" to enforce the "Universal Background Checks" necessary to close the so called "Loop Hole".
