A moment while the vac pak thingy does up the grilled chicken breast strips no one wanted but me.

Kids had to have more brats. Wife chowed most of the beef.

Found some cucumbers to flame. "Yes, we were saving them for right now!"
Try it or other melon types, messy at first and they shrink, but with carmelized sugars roasted in, fabulous!

Time to watch the kids eat S'mores. I'll have one roasted marshmallow.

Around here coons are a nuisance and a danger to small livestock like chickens, ducks etc.
We usually declare war on them this time of year, trap, shoot etc. No quarter!

Same, its open season at my place.. coons and opossums alike. used to the old barn would be a stopping place for them.. ended up a last stop for many.

Nice job! I have to build some this year.. making one for my mom so she can sit on the porch and enjoy some flowers..
Mine at home, I have not decided on but I have a ton of treated lumber and rubber roofing or 55 gallon plastic drums that is a good start.

Trying to get more spraying done when I get home, and starting on the garden, making a trellis and removing some of the wood that is on the ends.. Pics to follow.. making the trellis out of hog panels to let viny stuff climb and then cutting plastic barrels in half.. hopefully sleep.. allergies are killing my wife and I. Enjoy the day! Tim
