Just wanted to update on our returned item. I used their shipping label to return the item, which resulted in a $7.99 reduction in my refund as stated on their web site. The item was received by them on 11/24. The label provided tracking info and they confirmed via email when it was received. From the date they received it, I was told it would take approximately 10 days for the return to be processed and I would be notified when that was done. That was ten business days, and after that time, I received an email stating that the item had been processed and the purchase price was being refunded to the card I used for the order. As of yesterday, my credit card account reflects the refund in the amount I paid minus the return shipping cost.
Since the time we returned this item, we ordered a set of scope rings. At the time of the order, they showed only one air in stock so I wasn't sure how long that would take. We received them in less than a week.
Maybe we are the exception, but so far, I haven't had any complaints with their site or their customer service.
