Just wanted to update on our returned item. I used their shipping label to return the item, which resulted in a $7.99 reduction in my refund as stated on their web site. The item was received by them on 11/24. The label provided tracking info and they confirmed via email when it was received. From the date they received it, I was told it would take approximately 10 days for the return to be processed and I would be notified when that was done. That was ten business days, and after that time, I received an email stating that the item had been processed and the purchase price was being refunded to the card I used for the order. As of yesterday, my credit card account reflects the refund in the amount I paid minus the return shipping cost.

Since the time we returned this item, we ordered a set of scope rings. At the time of the order, they showed only one air in stock so I wasn't sure how long that would take. We received them in less than a week.

Maybe we are the exception, but so far, I haven't had any complaints with their site or their customer service.

Interesting. I have ordered from them only once and don't really have regrets. I wanted a 3-12 Burris handgun scope for my Contender. No one else could get me one (please note that this was before I was introduced to INGO). I could get all the 2-7 Burris scopes I wanted, but not the 3-12. That said, taking what seemed like three lifetimes for delivery which was more on the order of 6 weeks if I remember correctly seemed like a good deal compared with never.
