Looking to be a very cool Memorial Day weekend but still plan on getting the pool up and smoking some ribs and chicken or a pork shoulder.

What time should I come over?

I am going to the funeral of a good friend today.

He had Cystic Fibrosis and was one of the miracles that lived to bein his late 40's with it. He had a double lung transplant about ten years ago and has been pretty healthy since then. He contracted Covid a couple of weeks ago and passed last Friday.

I will figuratively take a knee today and follow whatever Covid rules his Church requires (without complaint or ire).

I'm terribly sorry to hear that. My condolences to you and his family.

So I'm not the only one! I was going to put in a vote for the pork shoulder, and ask what time also.

If you pray. Please send one for his family toward the throne. The are all strong Christians, salt of the earth people.

His mom and dad lost their oldest at 5 to CF. They are like family to me. I worked for his dad for many years, with his brother, nephews, him and his son.

He started two Churches in Hebron and Demotte. Both are thriving today.

Dont built it right now.

I looked at the alternative materials. Talk about spendy. Settled on the wood. I'll put the fancy stuff on my retirement-house deck.
