This weather is getting tiresome. One of my daughters graduate high school on Thursday. Suppose to be outdoors at football field(Chesterton High School) but chance of more rain then. And cooler temps as well. Id so much rather the ceremony be outside than in a stuffy cram packed gym

One can never forget the smells of high school gyms. Almost like the the gun shows at the Crown Point fair grounds.

Ugh. More freaking rain and forecast calls for rain till Friday. Then more over the weekend. Really sucks because the roofers are scheduled to show at 8am tomorrow, after being delayed almost a month because of the weather. This crap is getting really old

Here is a different situation due to all of the rain. A guy I work with lost his FIL about a month ago. They have not been able to bury him due to the ground being saturated. When they went to dig the grave it filled with 2' of water. And it will not drain down. They tried a different location, same deal. I believe the cemetery is in LaCrosse. They are keeping the body and the funeral home. I feel bad for the family not being able to come to full closure.

Feeling and looking nicer out this afternoon. Let's hope the lakes start going down some. Especially since I need to mow again soon.
Side note, I used to live next to a wooded lot, I don't now. What does everyone else do with the grass clippings?

Yea well cemeteries and burial and all is a complete waste of money, land, and resources.

Nothing like a big FU after you croak is to make loved ones spends thousands to dispose of your pile of bones and take up usable land.

Cremate and scatter or be made into a tree for people to visit.
