I'm afraid this is the new trend. I don't understand the logic behind it but it seems like everyone is jumping on board. I've been turned down for several jobs in the last few months because I'm a white male that isn't disabled. They need to hire more women and minorities. It's an odd world now.

If I am racist simply because of the color of my skin, what is my motivation to NOT be racist?

Seriously ... how can this be seen as constructive?

It's the same basic principle as HRC calling Trump supporters "irredeemable." If you believe someone is beyond redemption, why should they give you any form of cooperation? This is a declaration that someone is an eternal enemy, and is NOT going to end well.

It's the 1970s all over again. The good old "Equal" Opportunities thing reborn. Back in 1975 I applied for a job over the phone at a major Indianapolis based supplier of heavy duty truck parts (safest way to put it in today's lawyer first society) and when I a arrived at their employment office I was told that they could not give me an application because I was the wrong sex, color, national origin or the last resort, wasn't a vet.

    Yes, just revisiting Nixon 2.

    What's next?

Try to be less feminine? Less masculine? Less intelligent? Less tall?

Who determines what is "too much" white?

    What about albino people?

How about people start being less stupid?
Exactly right, LESS in general, less in everything we do so it looks like the powers that be are MORE capable and more relevant.
