Once-in-a-lifetime, for your whole lifetime. 65/80/94, etc.., the whole freakin area, has been under construction my entire adult driving lifetime, from approximately 1975 till now, with no end in sight, ever.

I'll be done with this area within a year or two. For you yungins, the joy continues.

When I drove dump truck and it was an black top /Mix going down and within a couple of months it was coming back up. Work for next year.

YES!!! n no guard rails plus add a moat on the sides with spikes and alligators with lasers on their head.

And on the weekends some circle flames like thr old hot wheel sets as well.

As this problem is north of 30, and in the ghetto, tax money could be better spent elseware. For instance the peaceful country roads south of the Kankakee River.
