It's official. We're moving to Noblesville. Just closed on a house and we are moving up.....Up 37 that is from Fishers.

We've been renting since moving here in '05 and the market crash halted our buying plans in '08. This looked like a good time to jump back in and everything went well...mostly. Our lending processor was a PIA but we got it done.

We are finally first time homeowners and moving to a great place. Just in time for my retirement from the military reserves as well. I just jumped from "When I grow up..." to "Old fogey in that house..."
