While I am sure that many here did vote, I also posted this on other pro-gun forums so there has been some help from other parts of the internet.

Still, this mornings results are looking good.

1079 votes for NO = 60%
727 votes for YES = 40%

The newspaper is primarily sold in South Cook County, IL and Lake County, IN. That is a heavily ethnic black and hispanic area. It is also very very heavily Democratic in the way the votes are cast.

I suspect, as has been the history of this newspaper, that they will simply publish the results with no editorial comments.
