Everyone is going to be different in their procedures and outcomes but the answer is "probably" though expect to take a year off. Maybe as short as six months but I would error on the side of caution on plan on a year to let everything heal and strengthen.
    Thanks
    Im hopeful

This is mine. No 12 guage or bigger until complete fusion. 22 LR is okay tho esp suppressed. Hard hitting calibers still suck but I have a titanium shoulder also.

I go to Dr. Khairi at Goodman Campbell brain and spine.

    Good luck with your procedure!
VA did mine but the doctor just came from a 4 year residency at Goodman Cambell

Oooh. OH! OW! This makes me painfully glad that I only had open heart surgery.

    Near the big river.
Just had nerve ablation to the lower back. Still sore but the pain is gone. Been a long journey, ambulance ride in February with severe pain.

Had my hammer toes fixed a couple years ago. Took a few months to fully integrate the repairs. Took this pic from the internet, similar to mine.

Good luck. I know how bad neck/nerve pain can be.

Did they use a mesh for your hernia?
Last I heard that was a bad idea unless they have figured it out in the last 15 years or so.
Yeah, a 8"x10" piece of Kevlar. Only 8 insert points. All down arthroscopic. So I have a perfect rectangular if you look at the surgical scars. Piece of cake except the doc ended up getting Parkinson disease so my general surgeon is a crap shoot if I ever need one.
