Yes they are, and they acquired that building from South Central Bell when they bought the company, which SCB got the building in 1968 when Kennard was 11. So I kinda doubt he sold it to them.

If you listen to the lyrics of her songs, there is a common theme to the stories she sings. Comes from experience.
