Yeah, he might've jerked the handlebars to the right as a reflex to try and avoid hitting the stopped vehicle while grabbing the front brake. It all happened so fast.

Bought this DR650 about a week ago from a dealer in Kentucky, I just added a rack and some bags. Got some friends wanting to do some adv stuff and figured I'd join in. Still want a skid plate and a windshield at the least. It rides just like my DR350 which is nice.

Yep it's a single! Interestingly enough it actually has two spark plugs for the one cylinder.

I had a single cylinder Yamadog XT500 when I was stationed in Great Mistakes. It had a TDC indicator window so you weren't launched over the handlebars when kick starting it. Still miss it to this day. Chrome tank, White Brothers muffler, K&N filter enduro type.

I’m riding from Indy to Nashville this afternoon with a group of AMVETS Riders. Headed down to Pit Bull Leather to get a vest. We will probably be in Nashville about 1:30 PM. Anybody going to be in the neighborhood?

Being Father's Day, the son (37 yrs. old) & his wife came over & beat us in Spades.
His wife wanted me to take him on a Motorcycle ride on the Yamaha Majesty 400cc scooter, which has no torque, gets 60ish mpg & can cruise 90 mph if you wanted to (I don't, haha!).

I took her for a 45-50 mph ride through the country down Southeastern Ave from Wanamaker over to Carroll Road/S County Line/S 800 W, then circled up to Vandergriff Road back to Wanamaker for
about 30 minutes.

I made sure nobody rides as I deleted the passenger pillion. I'll remove the rear pegs when I can afford the rack and KTM bags.
