Anyone going? Don’t let the fb link scare you off, it’s HPi on Gasoline Alley this coming Saturday evening. These are really fun and there’s lots of swag and free beer.

Got to combine 2 hobbies again today.
Took a 300 mile round trip up 65N to deliver a gun I'd sold, then back home to Wanamaker through the country.
For me, a long journey: 2 hours to arrive, then 3 hours to meander home.
A glorious ride, but fatiguing :fogey:, then there was my right hand's thumb & 2 fingers constantly going numb holding onto the throttle :ugh: .
62 mpg with my 400cc Yamaha Majesty maxi-scooter.
Windier than I expected today for such a light bike with a windshield.

Northern Indiana being mostly flat, country roads are great for speed runs(if you know the road) before the corn comes in. Nowhere for deer and cops to surprise you.

If I'm in the sports car, I've had fun running through gears 1-3 in the straight country roads with
    no one around.
On the scooter, not so much, haha! :lmfao:
No gears, no torque, only a cruiser. :dunno:

I think the brakes may have worked as intended but he was angled just enough to the right that when it lost some forward momentum, gravity just pulled it over.
