They won’t.
Yeah the more I think about it, the more I think the Vegas shooter was setup by someone in Washington. Why else would a shooting with no apparent motive just disappear? The HPA was supposed to be up for discussion that next week....unless we kick them in the ass to do it.
We need to get busy ourselves also. Pressure the R's to act on the things they are supposed to. They work for us! We need to MAKE them understand that.
Great example of us sitting on our larels is the fact that we DON'T have a Hearing Protection Act. If WE were on our game pushing the R's, when we had Trump and both houses, supressors would be just another gun add on that we all have four or five of. Stop at the gun shop and pick one up on the way home or order one from Amazon to have in a couple days...

“I have an oath to uphold the Constitution,” he told supervisors when he asserted his conscientious objection to joining an Aug. 24 raid on a J6 subject in the Jacksonville, Fla., area. “I have a moral objection and want to be considered a conscientious objector.”
There is truly only one republican butt hurt enough to actually do something about the alphabet organizations but he mean tweets…Whether or not you profess to be a Christian, this should terrify you.

We're well past such action. The FBI has become the modern version of the German Stazi. The only thing for it now is to dismantle the FBI entirely, and replace it with an organization that respects its constitutional limits.Maybe we should start a defund the fbi movement…

If there isn't video evidence, what was the basis for PC?I hope there is video evidence of what happened

Eye witness testimony would do it I bet.If there isn't video evidence, what was the basis for PC?
The guy clearly acted in defense of self and others (specifically, his minor child, who was being unlawfully accosted and threatened). But even if he hadn't, how does pushing someone to the ground warrant any kind of federal charges, much less, 25 jackboots storming his house at gunpoint?
Looks like it was a grand jury indictment - meaning the DOJ had no compulsion to find, much less present, exonerating evidence in getting the indictment (and quick googling doesn't produce any cited evidence). So, yeah: it's probably just the testimony of the perverted scumbag who accosted a 12-year-old.Eye witness testimony would do it I bet.
If they are using a video of the event as he described it, I am not sure how they would come to PC. If it exists and it shows what he described, he should have no problem being acquitted.
That's why I said I hoped there was video. Without it he is at the whim of the jury. With it, he would most likely be good to go, as long as it is as he said it was.Looks like it was a grand jury indictment - meaning the DOJ had no compulsion to find, much less present, exonerating evidence in getting the indictment (and quick googling doesn't produce any cited evidence). Of course, that also means that it will be "he-said, she-said", which should in no way whatsoever rise to the burden of "beyond a reasonable doubt". Witness impeachment should be easy, too, considering that the scumbag intentionally skipped multiple hearings related to the state charges he brought.
Without video evidence, Rittenhouse would never have been charged. Remember, those videos were the prosecution's evidentiary exhibits. That's why I said I hoped there was video. Without it he is at the whim of the jury. With it, he would most likely be good to go, as long as it is as he said it was.
Think Rittenhouse. Without the video evidence, he would be rotting or on death row.
Worrying about not rocking the boat too much now so they’ll be reelectable in the next election.Jesse's right. What's the plan?
We need to be asking Young and Braun this, along with (maybe especially) our House representatives.
Jim Jordan, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Thomas Massie, all vocal about their plans when we take back congress. Where are OUR people. Where are others?
