Why dont you just run a contest and let people vote.

You could let the contest run for a week where everyone can post pics, say maybe a maximum of 4 of their wife/girlfriend/daughter. After that week of posting is over, turn it into a poll for a week and everyone gets to vote. Voting stays open for a week and then most votes wins the INGO crown. Maybe have people toss $5 per pic posted into a pot and winner gets the pot of cash to pay for her time for Fenways photo session.

I also highly recommend excluding pro models
