    Where's the bacon?
If I read correctly, this should be in effect on or about Sept. 15, 2015. (90 days after adjournment ofthe 127th legislature, first session)

ETA: this will also, presuming none of the other 12 pass full reciprocity, make the 32nd state in which we can lawfully carry on our LTCH.

AL AK AZ AR CA CO CT
DE FL GA HI ID IL IN
IA KS KY LA ME MD MA
MI MN MS MO MT NE NV
NH NJ NM NY NC ND OH
OK OR PA RI SC SD TN
TX UT VT VA WA WV WI WY

    Green states recognize the LTCH.
Red states do not recognize any state with which we can get reciprocity, as far as I know.
The states whose color I did not change have some means in place by which we can lawfully carry there (AZ, UT, FL, etc. non-resident), or in Maine's case, will recognize our LTCH in the foreseeable future.

Have to go thru New York and Massachusetts to get there...

You can do it! I am an hour from the Maine border if you really try. If you wanted I could take someone to the local club. I promise to unlockk your own guns for you.....
The drive wouldn't be that bad. If Maine was your goal. Kittery os like starter Maine vacation 101. Ocean, lobster, etc.
You could also bypass MA completely by driving from NY into VT and NH........

Actually the farther north you go into Maine the more the accent is closer to southern that new england.
Maine and the South have a common noise that is like 'eeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrppppp"
Some of you know what I mean. " You cont get theh from heh"
