Just a heads-up from a newbie... RockRiverArms complete pistol lowers ( dedicated pistol-marked [ATF-satisfying] lower, lower parts kit and carbine-length pistol-style buffer, factory assembled) are again becoming available at list price (about $275). Check out JTAC Supply and/or Class3Weapons. On Gunbroker one sold last week for $400. But availabilty of short uppers in 5.56, or even in 9mm, is another story!
