Always be prepared, you never know when someone your dealing with may lose their mind.

What would you do in this situation, as an employee or someone in the resteraunt, or person in the vehicle?

Everyone in this situation is wrong. That’s not how you act. Period.

It's ok guys, don't worry, she got probation and that's already concluded. Justice served.
This is when the video shows Ford unlocking the window and pulling out her firearm to point at Ramos. She fired several shots as he sped away.
Ford was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Recent documents reveal that her probation concluded in June 2023.

This is why the world is so screwed up. I would've been fine if they had ground her into food for the big cats at the zoo. There's no need to allow useless people to go on living. She clearly doesn't understand how to be part of society, but no one should have to pay to keep her locked up either. Bring back public executions.

Agree he acted like a dick, but shooting at someone over it is going to get your tit in a wringer.
The fact that the Jack-in-the-Box employees had the window closed and secured meant that they were out of the argument...the willful choice to retrieve the firearm, unsecure and open the window, and re-engage the situation falls squarely on the shoulders of the Jack-in-the-Box employee who chose to escalate the situation! Talk about stupid...
