Those few brave souls who were in my squad and actually survived continue to remind me of the trauma inflicted upon them to this day.

    Step aside peewees and lightweights.

I'm 5'10" and I was about 450# before I got sick last week. I'm probably around 425# right now, maybe a little less.

Back in 1994 I was about 650#, so if we go by historical mass records, well, I win by even more.

    I bow before the mass-ter.

Way to get the weight off Rhino. Ever think about making some money off of it and telling McDonalds you did it on their salads?

So you were 650 pounds at one point Rhino? How did you loose 200lbs. That is quite an accomplishment!

I don't want this to sound smartalecky (yeah, I know, but bear with me), but I just ate a lot less (sometimes against my will) for quite a while. No matter what else is a factor, it always boils down to eating less than what you burn plus what you excrete. For some people, that's not so hard. For most people, it's incredibly difficult ... over the long term. For some, it's impossible, at least over the long term.

It's a never ending struggle just to maintain where I am.

It's almost amusing when judgemental people get all disgusted and tell me I need to lose weight or "go on a diet." It's not an easy task maintaining a 200+ lb. weight loss, regardless of where you start.

Turnandshoot ... actually, a guy I knew actually thought I should approach Quiznos with that idea back in the late 1990s when "Jarod" was first on the scene with Subway.

Congratulations rhino. I've been trying to get healthier since the beginning of the year and have lost about 30 pounds. But, I've got a long way to go.

I was at IU when Jared was on the scene down there. He used to eat at the Subway on Atwater by the parking garage. In fact he lived above the store.

Subway might not want you to know Jared had a porn rental ring going on at IU. Don't ask me how I know this. :stickpoke:

Actually out of all this, I picked up on the fact he lived above the subway part. Sure doesn't make the "walked there every day" part sound very impressive any more. ;)

BTW I am 6'3" and around 300lb. I am trying to loose weight through exercise and watching the quantity of food I eat (I learned that I can't eat nothing but rabbit food without falling off the wagon a long time ago). I also wear a wide size 14 shoe.
