Well, that post was over a year ago.

This year on St. Patty's Day I was up to 250# on the home scales and the size 38's were getting too tight.

My wife put me on a modified version of her diet (she lost >70# last year on medifast), and I lost 25# in two months. I have maintained it for another month and a half, but stopped losing weight the instant I stopped being as strict. My mid year goal has been met. I was at the doctor's office today and the scale read 220#, my home scale was at 224# this AM.

I'm getting ready to go back on the diet. I want to get back to my college weight between 200# and 210#, so 210# is the next goal. The first 25# was "easy" the next 15# won't be...

I tried on the 36's this week... still to tight.
