    I think they have it set up now so they can increase it 1 percent a year. I may be remembering it wrong, but this happened a couple years ago.

    Hey, we are all getting that hundred or so dollars here soon. Isn't that exciting...

    I dropped my rent payment off to the king this morning. It is so great to live in a state where I get to pay taxes to own a house.
    Yep, I went from renting a house from a landlord, to renting it from the bank. I took care of both of them in full. Now I rent my house from the county government.

    Gosh, if only there were something that could be done about this. I mean, why wouldn't a government concerned for the wellbeing of the citizens not offer some sort of tax relief with the highest gas prices and inflation we've seen in decades? Surely our elected REPRESENTATIVES will lend a hand in these trying times???
