How to Stop ALL Email Notifications on New Content

So in my preferences, I have all the options for any email notifications for watched threads and such turned off, but I'm still receiving email notifications for watched threads. I noticed that in my preferences that there is greyed out text under the "Receive Activity Summary Email" option that says it will send email notifications for new content if I haven't visited the thread in a while. Is there anyway to turn that off? And if there isn't, then consider this an official forum suggestion to give an option to shut off ALL email notifications for newly posted content. I'm not suggesting blocking emails for things like billing info, or any administrative emails, just the notifications for new content. I'm logged on INGO more than the email I use for this site, which gets busy enough as it is, and thus don't need double notifications.

unsubscribe
And then subscribe again. this time 'without notification'

Then go to the next one.

This is what I had to do. You don’t have to do all of them because most just go dormant after awhile. I simply do the ones that pop up in my email now. It’s down to a trickle now.
