So. The deal on a foreclosed house I've been working on for months upon months fell through this week. I sold a gun, sold a dslr, and in the past 24 hours, I've purchased 2 guns...

Last night I sent payment in on my first purchase... Smith & Wesson SW1911SC - E-Series Commander length bobtail. -- I wanted a "nice" carry gun, something more than just the utilitarian XDs

And after work today, I stopped in to Midwest and this followed me home.... Desert Eagle Mark 1 (?) .44mag with the Titanium Carbon Nitrite matte finish. -- got it for a great price, looks to be in great shape too.

-- On the subject of IMI DE's, can someone help me figure out the mfg date??
