    The tour of the USS Arizona memorial was very moving, especially knowing that we were at the final resting place of 1,000+ men. You could still see oil bubbling to the surface from The Arizona's fuel bunkers.

    On a brighter note, the surrender documents ending WW II were signed in Tokyo Bay, on the deck of the USS Missouri. :)

    The only way to do that is to slowly and deliberately engage and contribute with quality posts. Quick one liners wont work. (as I think you may have figured out)


    Or pony up $20 and become a site supporter.

    So hang out, read, offer your well thought out two cents and in no time you'll be good to go. Thinking back, I think when I made my run to 50 back in the day, I had it done in about 3 or 4 days. I only became a site supporter later on when I wanted the perks of more messages in the inbox, and feeling like supporting a quality site that deserved my money.
