    Last March I popped one with a 38 that was living under my house. My wife skinned him out and put him in the freezer. She decided to cook him up for groundhog day this year. She made a pasta dish with him and the consensus was that if we were going hungry we wouldn't think twice about eating groundhog. If we had other choices, we'd avoid it. Feb 2 dinner.jpg
