Illegal immigrants swamping border States... okay.
Illegal immigrants swamping DC... weeping and gnashing of teeth.

    And more.
    New York mayor complaining.

Maybe he should look at when Pres. Biden was transporting people around the country secretly.
Maybe he should listen to these border States complaining about being swamped.

Seems "they" are okay with illegals, as long as it's someone else's problem

SCOTUS liberal Justice Kagan has come out and said the court should be mindful of the public sentiment when rendering a decision.

It's not up to them to be beholding to public sentiment.

They should be beholding to the law and the Constitution. This is just a peek into what guides liberal judges in their decisions. Conservative judges tend to follow what the law and the Constitution says and are not swayed by public sentiment as it should be. If you are so concerned about public sentiment, then step down from the bench and run for the legislature.

The caution over justices being influenced by public sentiment is why the founders made justices life appointees instead of elected.

These stupid ******* on the View issued an apology to Turning Point USA to avoid being sued for defamation when they were sent a cease-and-desist letter after hosts on the View suggested that TPUSA had embraced neo-nazis who showed up outside their event. They will never learn. It will happen again.

Does anyone believe that if the election went the other way that SCOTUS would have gotten involved because they would be “mindful of the public sentiment when rendering a decision”?
