    This year's garlic and chive trimmings in crappie bone broth makes for a very tasty/healthy soup. :drool:

    I've never heard of crappie bone broth, do you make it the same way as chicken?

    Fish bone broth is not such a big thing here as it is in Asia. I don't accumulate a lot in the way of beef or chicken bones, but do catch a lot of fish.

    Fish bone broth is similar chicken or beef, but doesn't need cooked near as long, due to fish being more delicate and smaller boned. Couple hours boiled. I do 45 minutes in Instant Pot.

    I'm hoping to get some things in the ground tomorrow. I know I'm late with my tomatoes and peppers (haven't even started them) but hopefully we have a late winter

    Got part of the garden tilled today and the wife has peas, garlic and onions planted already. There about 40 sweet potato plants in the basement.
