The SCOTUS will not end unconstitutional infringements. They can rule consistent with the Constitution, but if no one will enforce those rulings they are meaningless.

At this point those who Will follow the Constitution get elected and dismantle the administrative state and infringements, or the Constitution dies.

The only other alternatives are messy, or continue the slow slide to subservience.

The constant infringements WILL end if SCOTUS hears enough cases, and the Justices put teeth into their rulings, which is historical. If the lower courts get enough G,V,R,s, they will change their tune. It just would take one or two of these idiots going to jail for contempt of the Supreme Court for them to fall in line. Maybe that’s what needs to happen. Maybe the ass in the White House will stop trying to rule by Executive Order. There are three branches of government, he needs to mind the executive one and let the Constitution work as it was designed.
