By the way, the DOJ order to the Sanford Police Department to hold George Zimmerman's gun is blatantly unconstitutional under Printz v. US.
I don't think the Administration, and Holder in particular, give a flaming :poop: about The Constitution, Case Laws, or State Laws.
They have usurped the powers of the Judiciary and the Legislative branches of Government and now rule by edict and the Executive Orders (whims) of the Child POTUS.

Oh I'm aware. Just saying it for posterity. This will all come to a head eventually. The list of charges needs to be kept somewhere.

    Yup...
The political pendulum will swing to the Right again, as it always does, and the current crop of criminals in charge will be shown up for what they are.

I'd throw in a dollar. I'd bet INGO and all the other online gun forums could muster enough money to get this guy a decent EDC handgun in not time! What say ye?

I wish Smith & Wesson or some other manufacturer would gift the guy a new pistol.

    **** everyone in this administration.

I would be willing to donate one to him, but something tells me he might get "delayed" for an undetermined amount of time.

How is this news? Oh no, how will he ever afford a $200 Kel Tec again? I think I've lost more in a few hours at the casino than it would cost to get another Kel Tec.

That's not exactly the point now is it?
That gun is his property. They took it, and by law he is due it to be returned.
He may also have some degree of difficulties trying to pass a government background check.

$200 for a Kel-Tec really doesn't sound like that much, since you put it like that.
BTW- How much were your legal fees last month?
