So I should keep all of my magazines loaded all the time?

I don't keep all my handgun magazines loaded. But I do keep at least 3 for every handgun loaded.
Except Revolvers

I need to take photos of my magazine drawers sometime. LOL.

I have this ancient old wood desk.. its big and built like a battleship.

I have a habit of playing 3d mahjong to get all the magazines to fit in the smaller upper drawers.. other drawers have stripper clips, or garand enblocs.

As to how many mags I keep.. some of these older Berettas have mags that run $50 to $100 each. I just keep 3 of them per gun.
But for the 92/M9 series.. yeah LOTS.. lots of mags.

And finding Bernadelli mags.. I think its easier to find the arc of the covenant at times.

But M16/m14/M1 Carbine/1911 mags? Hordes of them!

I'm not concerned with the magazines lifespan here, I'm curious the reason to keep 35-40 loaded pistol mags around?

Easier to carry the ammo that way?
