The dude’s name is Lindsay. The linked article includes the following interesting observation:

Why was he free? Lindsay is well-known to Charlotte police, where he led them on a high-speed chase last Thursday night before being captured. In addition to the chase, Lindsay was jailed on four outstanding warrants for seriously injuring a woman in front of minors. A larceny warrant was also served, but Lindsay was out on bond the next day.

He also has pending charges in Charlotte from a May 2022 chase that led to charges of fleeing police, reckless driving and driving while license revoked.

BBI told us in class that there is a pizza delivery guy in Indy that has had 3 0r 4 SD homicides.

One where he had a gun point at him from a basement apartment door. He dropped the pizza on the floor in surprise. When he bent down to pick it up he drew a knife and cut the guy from hip to chest. The guy went down and his two buddies disappeared.
