    The 2nd Amendment doesn't read "The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed unless the people don't have a good reason."

    Cliff notes summary: Judge rules that key provision (good reason restriction) in DC new gun law is likely unconstitutional and struck it down.
    Apparently showing a good reason to have a permit is not necessary to get said permit.
