So, I was thinking back to last year when I broke my leg on the ice from the ice storm we had last year, and remember what I liked most about doing nearly absolutely nothing.

I'd have to say watching the "Rifleman", and having my homemade Mac n Cheese, was the best part of my days.:D

Anybody else want to comment how best to pack on 30lbs in 12 weeks? :xmad:

    Thanks for your feedback! :yesway:

I packed on quite a bit with sciatic nerve issues, couldn't walk, that kinda thing. I got drunk a lot, that was kinda fun. I'm a lot better off after losing 50, even though my nerves aren't quite all better. Still digging out from the mess I accumulated, but I have someone to do it for now.

    A holler in Kentucky
Several years back, I did a remodel on a local seafood restaurant. The job took me three weeks. The guy that owned the place would cook for us all day, even on the day they were closed, and EVERYTHING on the menu was fried in good old fashioned lard. I think I put on around 22 lbs on that gig.:rockwoot:

It was absolutely the best job I ever worked on!

Bar food everday for lunch helped me pack on about 50 pounds. Now I don't even look at the bar and have lost most of it.

    Get your wife pregnant!

I've been fat twice, each for 4 years. Both were during and after our children were born. I just lost 82 lbs in 15 months and have been maintaining a healthy weight for the past 4 months.
