I like my Number 4 with a nice medium roast, if it’s a dark roast I go for my number 6, of course the low angle jack is good with any roast

I have 2 Bradford knives. 3.5 Guardian in magnacut steel and a Guardian 4 in M390. I grabbed them in Atlanta last year at the blade show and have quickly become my favorite fixed blade knives. Brad was awesome to work with and they really stand behind their products! I’ve got absolutely nothing but great things to say about them.
