Civil law question! Need advice for a family member.

Maybe this site can help you out. I mess with it some and I notice for some reason the cases that are for sale in Indiana have 6 and 10 year SOL.....it says some can be renewed. I also notice attorneys selling some of these.....if an attorney can't collect it how is a normal Joe going to? Ron Goldman's mother, Sharon Rufo, had her $27 million judgement against OJ on here not long ago.....for a cool $500,000!!
