I think up til now he just put one in each back pocket of his jeans. What, you don't already?
The REALLY tough ones limit your spillage...While it sounds funny, I've ran plenty of training drills and some USPSA stages that mandated carrying a prop while shooting.
The tough ones were those that mandated carrying the prop with your strong hand.
I had my son hold a 22lb chunk of wood, draw, and shoot timed to give him a feel of what it would be like if he was attacked while holding my grandson.Looks like we will need to add a new drill to our training regime. Shooting while holding your six pack of Beer. Only in Nashville Lol.
I didn't catch this, lol What happened?Looks like we will need to add a new drill to our training regime. Shooting while holding your six pack of Beer. Only in Nashville Lol.
It would toughen up your grandson if he was dropped, two birds with one stone...I had my son hold a 22lb chunk of wood, draw, and shoot timed to give him a feel of what it would be like if he was attacked while holding my grandson.
Does that count?
Same here. also a continuation of my Army days, always need your right hand free to salute. Since I am right handed -This is why I generally avoid using my dominant hand to hold anything if possible, I can draw offhand but it's awkward at absolute best.
Thats the first step with becoming a Leatherneck. It would toughen up your grandson if he was dropped, two birds with one stone...
Semper Fi...Thats the first step with becoming a Leatherneck.
Geesh dad, you drop me softer than grams.
Most likely not with the Liberal Utopia that is Nashville."Because he's a three-time convicted felon, he could face up to life in prison."
Yeah, you'd hate to keep a proven repeat criminal in prison for too long and deprive him of his rights.........
Kind of in line with having suffered an injury to your dominate hand/arm, and are unable to use it, so you have to continue with your 'off-hand' to defend yourself! Being methodical, patient, and accurate becomes very important!I had my son hold a 22lb chunk of wood, draw, and shoot timed to give him a feel of what it would be like if he was attacked while holding my grandson.
Does that count?
I am still confused about what Nashville has to do with this. The shooter was from Dowagiac, Michigan. The store is in Cassopolis, Michigan. The "Police" sign in the video clearly states, "Cassopolis, Michigan" and includes the street address. The reporter even signs off from Cassopolis, Michigan. Is Nashville a tiny burg outside of Cassopolis? Somebody help me out, please. Most likely not with the Liberal Utopia that is Nashville.
