I ride and run the Monon all of the time. One of the nice bike rides is from downtown, up to Broadripple, down the canal towpath, through the White River Parkway, along the downtown canal and back to the start of the Monon. There are ways to stay safe.

One of the comments down at the City County building was that you can walk along the street and as soon as you cross the Monon, you are breaking the law. Absurd huh?
