Yes, the consequences are bad unless you've got Warren Buffett money, then you just don't pay taxes. At some point the cost of the lawyers will exceed the cost of paying the taxes. Maybe not, I dunno.

This thread really has everything. Now I have to look up the origin of "flags with fringe... AAAAHHHH" conspiracy theory.

Some things you forget over time. Some things you always remember. Some things are permanently burned into memory, like the USAF has five authorized flags. Two of these (the Ceremonial and Organizational Flags) have 2.5" yellow rayon fringe.

Off to research the conspiracy theory!
