Well, I'll be getting one sooner or later..

After my Sigma failed for the second time, right after it came back from being fixed, I returned it with a letter telling them that I didn't want it back..

A few phone calls and some haggling later, I'm getting a nice deal on a 438. They're backordered, but since this is a customer service issue the guy said he's gonna see if they can snag one off the top for me.

YAY! And I'll have enough left over for ammo and toys!

That's great news! My Brother sent an S&W99 that had broken back to S&W and he got a brand new M&P 9mm Pro Series for only like $60 (he would have gotten a regular M&P for free. Pretty good service on their part.

Glad you got rid of a gun that was becoming a headache and best of luck on the 438!

Good deal! I"m a 442 fan myself, but teh Bodygueards have always seemed cool to me. Good to have the option of double action or single action. I'd reccoemnd some Bianchi Speed Strips along with a good pocket holster. Check out Don Hume for quality and value on pocket holsters.

Good to hear that Smith still takes care of it's customers.
