Definitely check the list Crystalship linked, but to answer your specific question, a "bump" is when someone posts to a topic to make it "bump" back to the top of the list of unread articles. A "PM" is a private message; internal e-mail within the INGO website.

Yeah, a "bump" is also known as a "BTT" or (Bump To Top) which is on that list. Also feel free to PM (Private Message) me if you need anything.
