I would call that guess optimistic.

All those counts (18) add up to some major points of the fed scoreboard, plus Blago testified which could add points.

If I had to hazard a guess on the sentence, I don't see anything over 144 months (12 years, do 85%).

The problem is that Obama's boy Rahm is Mayor now. They wanted Blago to go away and shut up. So suddenly the machine was no longer there to protect him and may have even worked to convict him.

The goof will be on the street for about 2 years going thru the appeal BS. Don't know what basis he has for an appeal, but I'm sure they'll come up with something. Then, there will be the confession and benediction before his sorry a%@ goes to prison. I would really like to see him and Ryan together in prison. Who says we won't get justice in this world? As a former Illannoy resident, I can tell you for sure, Ryan and Blago are both pure dirtbags. I will savor the day he is processed into prison.
