I don't get how media outlets can just keep repeating his blatantly false claims without correction. In the same Fox News article Joe was quoted again claiming that you couldn't own a cannon at the time the 2nd amendment was passed.

I mean I get it when CNN and other democrat-run media do it, but come on, Fox News! You can't just requote the president spouting this blatantly false garbage without including a correction; there are people out there dumb enough to fall for this nonsense.

Over my 60+ years, I've watched gun control take many forms, much like some sort of shape shifting evil creature. Changing it's focus to fit the narrative of the day, from cheap guns, to handguns, to cop killer bullets, to assault rifles and now ghost guns. Maybe it's proponents will admit that they just want private firearms ownership banned forever so they can run things with a butter knife. At the end of the day it has accomplished nothing positive.
